Terms and Conditions
1. Service Agreement
Ryan Crystal Cleaning Pty Ltd agrees to provide professional residential cleaning services as requested by the Client at the address specified at the time of booking. All services are performed to our high standards of excellence.
2. Bookings and Quotations
Estimates provided over phone or email are based on average house sizes and standard conditions. Ryan Crystal Cleaning reserves the right to amend the final quote upon inspection if the actual property condition differs significantly from the description provided.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full upon completion of the service. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Ryan Crystal Cleaning Pty Ltd (ABN: 695 302 955) will issue a tax invoice for all transactions. Late payments exceeding 7 days may incur recovery fees.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We respect our team's schedule and require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service fee to cover costs and lost labor.
5. Access to Property
The Client must provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes keys, entry codes, or physical presence. If our team is unable to enter the premises after 30 minutes of waiting, a lockout fee equivalent to the full cost of the service will apply.
6. Liability and Damage
Ryan Crystal Cleaning Pty Ltd is fully insured for public liability. While we take extreme care, any claims for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing wear and tear or improper installations.
7. Bond Back Guarantee
Our End of Lease clean comes with a 72-hour guarantee. If your real estate agent identifies any issues relevant to our cleaning checklist, we will return to the premises to rectify them free of charge within 48 hours of notification.
